FAQ's

Q: Do these work with spoon attachments and old lids I have?

A: Yes they do - the spout size is the same as commercially sold pouches

Q: Do the pouches work with Infantino System?

A: Yes they do - the spout size is the same as commercially sold pouches

Q: How do you fill these?

A: We prefer to hold with one hand and spoon in ingredients with the other, but other mom geniuses have found placing the pouch in a cup and using a funnel works too. A lot depends on how thick your puree is!

Q: Are they dishwasher safe?

A: They are but you must be careful with the heat dry setting. Once you get them you’ll find they are a snap to clean by hand. And recommend placing on the top shelf of the dishwasher (as opposed to the bottom….closer to the heating element.)

Q: Are they freezer safe?

A: They are but you must make sure to not overfill them so when they expand they have room to move.

Q: How do you thaw them when frozen?

A: You can run warm water over them, use a bottle warmer or toss them in your diaper bag and let nature thaw them on your way to where you’re going.

Q: Are they microwave safe?

A: They really aren’t. The spout gets super hot and the food thaws weird.

Q: How long can food say fresh in them?

A: We leave that to your wisdom and discretion. What you would do for yourself in food storage length is what we’d recommend for your pouches. General rule for freshly prepared food is 3 days in the fridge and 3 months in the freezer.

Q: What are they made of?

A: These pouches are made of flexible food grade plastic. We can tell you better what’s not in them! Free of BPA, BPH, Phthalate, PVC, Lead, Asbestos and Red Dye 40.

Q: Where are they made?

A: These are ordered from a company in the USA but primarily manufactured in overseas. We are working to get them ordered and made here, but hasn’t happened yet.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: We do ship all over the world everyday!

Q: How much is shipping?

A: In the US for 2 packs shipping is $2.95, Internationally rates vary depending on where it’s going.

Q: How long do I have to wait for my order?

A: We try to process orders and mail them out one business day from when you order. In the U.S., it usually takes five days for them to reach you by mail.

Internationally, it’s takes closer to 3 three weeks to reach you by mail.
