    FOR EVERY RECIPE, JUST PUT ALL INGREDIENTS IN THE BLENDER AND BLEND UNTIL SMOOTH.

    Green Food

    • peas (I bought in the bag, followed the directions on the packaging to cook)
    • raw spinach
    • raw kale
    • raw broccoli (Blakey likes it better when I cook it, but raw has more nutrients.  It has a VERY strong flavor so don’t add too much broccoli)

    Simple Green Fruit Smoothie

    • raw spinach
    • raw kale
    • raw apples (I use the entire apple except the stem, but I have a great blender so if you don’t, do this with caution and make sure that you blend the seeds.  I would recommend blending the apples first before adding any other ingredient so that you can be sure.)
    • bananas

    (not going to lie, sometimes I just do the entire green food recipe and add all of the simple green fruit smoothie ingredients for a super smoothie.  It’s not very tasty, but sometimes he eats it).

    Blakey’s Fav Puree

    • cooked sweet potato
    • cooked brown rice

    Other Simple Purees:

    -raw apple and Butternut squash

    -corn, cooked peas, cooked quinoa

    -blueberry, banana and apple

    -apple and carrots
