Don’t have a heart attack – but hi! I’m back with some recipes and ideas. My goal is to give one a week. I’ve probably been gone so long because the well was running a little dry on ideas – but I’ve done some asking and research and I’m ready to try again!
So now that it’s summer time and will be in Texas for months to come we have lots of avocados which are soooo healthy and great for you.
So this recipe I was skeptical about but I tried it myself and it was good, rich, creamy and delicious – plus it only has 3 ingredients!!
2 medium avocados
1/4 cup coco powder
1/4 cup agave nectar or maple syrup
Blend together in mixer, blender, emulsion blender or a fork if that’s your fancy and if you wanna add to the flavor you can add 1/4 tablespoon of coconut extract , mint extract, or peppermint extract. Enjoy!
